PMJF Lion. Damarla Sri Santhi

PMJF Ln. Srisanthi is happily married to Ln. D. Srinivasa Rao and is the proud mother of two sons:
Maneesh, who holds an MS from the USA, and Yesh Raj, a B.Tech. student.
Ln. Damarla Srisanthi’s story is one of dedication, service, and leadership. Her contributions to
Lionism and her community are truly inspiring.

PMJF Ln. Srisanthi is a well-educated woman with a graduation from Siddhartha
Mahila Kalasala, a Post Graduation from Nagarjuna University, and an ICWA from Sarada Academy,
Vijayawada. She is an accomplished jewellery designer and successful entrepreneur, providing
livelihoods to over 50 employees. Her achievements have even earned her recognition as the Best
Woman Entrepreneur in Vijayawada.

PMJF Ln. Srisanthi’s Lionistic journey began in 2005 when she joined the Lions Club of
Vijayawada Vijetha as Secretary. She has steadily risen through the ranks, serving as President, RC,
GMT Coordinator, Extension and Women Membership Chairperson, and Editor for the DG’s Newsletter.
Her dedication and leadership skills led to her unanimous election as the First Vice District Governor,
a testament to her capabilities and the respect she commands. She served as District Governor in
2022-23 and Elected as Multiple Council Chairperson of MD 316 for the year 2024-25.

PMJF Ln. Srisanthi’s dedication has earned her numerous accolades, including
three Leadership Medals, five International President Certificates, and 13 Club Extension Chairperson
Awards, 100 New member Key Award and Goldstar President Award. She also holds the distinction
of being the Best Master of Ceremonies in Andhra Pradesh and has been recognized as an Active
Mahila Lion in Multiple, Best Region Chairperson in Multiple, and Lion of the District.

PMJF Ln. Srisanthi is a dynamic force within the Lions community. She actively
contributes to major district-level programs, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and a
knack for successful execution. Her commitment to boosting women’s membership is particularly
noteworthy. She has extended 13 new clubs and organized impactful service activities like the
‘Rythu Seva Mahotsavam’, where 80 power sprayers were donated to farmers. Her generosity extends
to significant financial contributions to clubs’ permanent projects and hunger relief programs.
Ln. Srisanthi is also a gifted Master of Ceremonies, recognized for her talent at both district and
multiple levels.
