I was District Governor during 2011 - 12. During my tenure, I have some memorable activities:

As a District Governor Achievements

The foremost importance was given for tree plantation. Almost 1.64 Lakhs Saplings were Planted through-

out our District, with the cooperation of our esteemed members and public, which brought laurels to our

District & our District stood 1st In the Multiple and stood in top 100 clubs of LCI.

I have always faith in decentralisation of decision making and always advised the Regional

Chairpersons, Zone Chair Persons, District Chair Persons, to be independent, act independently, to get

credit for what they spent and done by them which gave ample space to many to prove their Leadership

qualities during my tenure.

During my tenure, I have given Rs. 1.00 Lakh each to Jangareddygudem Community Hall and Sajjapuram

Crematorium from District Service fund, which brought Good impression in the common public largely.

Improving our Lions Image.

During Regional meets, Zone Socials, I never chaired or attended. Advised them to prove their mettle on

their own, as that day is only their day to be recognised by all.
